You keep the money
Payora BD never holds customer funds. Payments go to your own bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Binance, or RedotPay wallets.
Your device, your keys
The Auto Payment APK runs on a phone you control. Site API Keys and license keys are confidential. Sharing them is your risk.
No fraud / illegal use
Scams, money laundering, stolen wallets, or illegal goods will get accounts suspended without refund.
Bangladesh law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes start via support, then competent courts.
Read before you integrate
Auto verify is best-effort based on SMS/notifications. Always keep a manual review path for disputed orders. Misuse of payment numbers you do not own is prohibited.
2. Service Description
Payora BD provides an auto payment verification platform for Bangladesh merchants. The companion Android app reads payment-related SMS and (optionally) app notifications on a device you control, and matches them to checkout orders created via your Site API Key.
We are a verification layer, not a payment processor or bank.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password and license key confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One merchant account is intended for your business use; sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
4. Plans, Trials & Billing
New accounts may receive a free trial (currently 7 days) with Free-plan limits. After the trial or when limits are reached, you must upgrade or renew a paid plan to continue auto verification. Plan prices, payment quotas, and features may change; active paid periods are honored as stated at purchase. Lifetime plans, if offered, are subject to fair-use device and abuse limits.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
You must: (a) only use numbers and wallets you own or are authorized to operate; (b) keep the merchant phone online with required permissions; (c) comply with Bangladesh laws and payment-provider rules; (d) not use Payora BD for fraud, money laundering, scams, or illegal goods; (e) display clear pricing and refund policy to your customers on your own website.
Disputes between you and your buyers are your responsibility.
6. APK, Permissions & Device
The Auto Payment app requires SMS and related permissions to verify payments. You install it at your own risk on a device you control. Disabling Play Protect or installing sideloaded APKs is your choice and responsibility. We are not liable for device damage, Google account actions, or third-party app conflicts.
7. Verification Accuracy
Auto verification depends on timely SMS/notifications, correct amounts, transaction IDs, network connectivity, and your plan status. Offline devices, delayed SMS, duplicate trx IDs, or mismatched amounts may delay or fail verification. You remain responsible for manual review of disputed or pending orders.
8. API & Integration
Site API Keys must be kept secret. You may integrate checkout into your own sites. Abuse (scraping, credential stuffing, DDoS, reverse engineering) may result in suspension. Rate limits and quotas apply per plan.
9. Availability & Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, VPS issues, or provider outages may occur. We may update the website, APK, or APIs; breaking changes will be communicated when practical.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, unpaid plans after grace, fraud signals, or legal requests. You may stop using the service at any time. Data retention follows our operational needs and applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payora BD and its operators are not liable for lost profits, missed sales, payment disputes between you and your customers, incorrect order fulfillment, or indirect damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or zero for free trial use).
Important: liability cap applies to all claims related to the service.
12. Intellectual Property
Website design, branding, software, and documentation remain our property. You may not resell the platform as your own white-label product unless a separate written agreement allows it.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should first be raised via support; unresolved matters may be pursued in competent courts in Bangladesh.
