This policy explains how Payora BD handles merchant and order data for auto payment verification, landing pages, and domain services in Bangladesh.
Account details (email, shop name), order metadata (amount, method, status, timestamps), license and Site API usage, and optional support ticket messages. Payment amounts settle to your numbers or wallets — we do not store customer PINs or wallet passwords.
The Auto Payment APK reads payment SMS / notifications only to match pending orders. SMS content used for verification is processed for auto-confirm; we do not sell SMS data to third parties.
Payora BD does not hold customer funds, does not ask for your banking PIN, and does not sell personal data for advertising. Domain and hosting records are used only to provision your hosts.
API keys and license secrets should stay private. Order logs are retained for merchant reporting and dispute support. You may request account deletion via Support after login; legal retention may apply for billing records.
